An otherwise tedious rehash of the “Travel agents are a dying breed” argument in the business section of today’s Australian is enlivened by an intriguing quote from Flight Centre founder Graham “Skroo” Turner.
Speaking about his company’s recent spat with Singapore Airlines over commissions, he blasts the aviation industry for trying to push more customers to book online.
